iRecruit4 are seeking a proactive and customer focusedCustomer Advisorto join a busy sales team. This is a varied role, handling everything from processing sales orders to dealing with customer enquiries and after sales support. You will play a key role in maximising customer satisfaction and helping the business achieve its sales targets.
This is a permanent position offering hybrid working and a supportive, dynamic team environment.
Key Duties for Customer Advisor:
- Receive and process customer orders via phone and online.
- Advise customers on products, applications, and pricing, negotiating within set parameters.
- Provide quotations and advice on delivery dates, installations, and after sales queries.
- Handle all after sales calls as a Customer Advisor to ensure service excellence and customer retention.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, raising credit notes, FOCs, and corrective actions as required.
- Liaise with internal teams including delivery, installations, and sales to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Monitor customer feedback and respond professionally, offering solutions to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage customer delivery enquiries and coordinate returns where necessary.
Requirements for Customer Advisor:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Customer Advisor.
- Organised, methodical, and able to prioritise tasks effectively as a Customer Advisor.
- Confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving abilities in a Customer Advisor role.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to enquiries and complaints as a Customer Advisor.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team as a Customer Advisor.
Ideal Experience for Customer Advisor:
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or advisory role as a Customer Advisor.
- Experience processing orders, handling enquiries, and providing after-sales support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or internal sales software is advantageous.
- Exposure to B2B customer interactions is a plus.
