iRecruit4 are hiring for multiple Installation Engineers to work for our client, a leading manufacturer based on the outskirts of Chippenham, in Corsham. This position is a permanent role with fantastic hours, benefits and further career opportunities.

Duties of the Installation Operative:
- Cut and prepare company fabrics to bespoke customer measurements.
- Accurately interpret customer orders, drawings, and job specifications.
- Select, organise, and pack orders with all required materials, including adhesives, trims, fixings, and accessories.
- Load and offload deliveries and company vehicles, using manual handling techniques or equipment (e.g. pallet trucks).
- Report any material shortages, damages, or order discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Travel to customer sites to install company products (Mostly outdoor projects).
- Assist with site preparation and using appropriate tools.
- Ensure installations are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
- Liaise professionally with site managers, clients, or team leaders during installations.
- Complete job sheets, timesheets, and installation reports accurately.
- Represent the company professionally while on-site.
Due to the nature of this role, there will be travel included and occasionally staying away from home. This is a factory based role which will include regular site visits across the UK.
Skills and Experience Required of the Installation Operative:
- Previous experience in production, dispatch, landscaping, or construction role preferred.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including in varied weather conditions.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or order specifications.
- Competent with basic cutting tools, workshop equipment, and safe manual handling.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to packing and preparation.
- Willingness to work away from home (occasional overnight stays).
Additional Information for the Installation Operative:
- Due to the nature of this role this will include regular site visits across the UK and occasional overnight stays.
- Monday to Friday.
- 08.00 - 17.00 - Monday to Thursday (08.00 - 14.30 Friday).
- Full UK driving license for this role is essential.
- Between £26,000 - £30,000 Per Annum.
