iRecruit4 are seeking a Business Development person to join our client's growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and personable individual who enjoys building relationships, attending networking events, and developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and engaging new clients to support business growth. This role offers a mixture of office-based and field-based work, requiring regular attendance at networking events, client meetings, and community engagements. The position also includes participation in an out-of-hours on-call phone rota to provide support when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Attend networking events and represent the business professionally within the local community.
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries and ongoing support.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call phone rota as required.
- Promote the company's services and values to potential clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a client-facing, business development, sales, account management, recruitment, or relationship management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
