We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and well-established company based in West Bromwich for an experienced Reach FLT Driver or Combi Lift Truck Driver (M1 or M3 Licence Holder). This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful warehouse operation offering long-term, ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Reach Forklift Truck or Combi Lift Truck safely and efficiently.
- Picking products accurately for customer orders.
- Checking quantities and ensuring orders are correctly packaged for export.
- Completing warehouse documentation and preparing invoices.
- Carrying out data entry using the company's IT system.
- Receipting finished goods into the warehouse.
- Replenishing picking locations.
- Processing customer collections and returns.
- Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Communicating with internal sales teams to provide updates on customer order status.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
Candidate Requirements
- A valid Reach Truck Licence or M1/M3 Combi Lift Truck Licence.
- Previous warehouse and FLT experience, supported by a recent work reference.
- Experience using handheld barcode scanners.
- Experience carrying out stock checks.
- Good IT skills and confidence using warehouse computer systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
