As a Talent Sourcing Recruiter at ICON, you will focus on building strong talent pipelines for critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging candidates to support ICON's growth.
What You Will Do:You will take responsibility for talent acquisition and recruitment deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases, to proactively approach potential candidates.
- Conducting initial candidate outreach, screening, and engagement to assess fit and interest.
- Partnering with Recruiters and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements and market dynamics.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date talent pipelines and sourcing activity records in applicant tracking systems.
- Contributing market insights and sourcing best practices to hiring teams and the wider Talent Acquisition function.
You will bring relevant talent acquisition and recruitment experience, along with the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably within life sciences, healthcare, or technical disciplines.
- Strong research and networking skills, with experience using professional platforms and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Organised and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities.
- Proactive, resilient, and passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities.
