Our client partner’s Medical Evidence Delivery Team (Oncology) leads the strategic planning and operational execution of interventional and observational studies, externally sponsored scientific research, and early access programs. Their mission is to generate high-quality evidence that builds confidence in, and expands access to, therapies for patients in need.
Main Responsibilities
- Working cross-functionally, the Evidence Project Manager (EPM) will support the Associate Director in the operational delivery and oversight of company-sponsored evidence studies, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality expectations.
- You will be responsible for delegated aspects of clinical study execution in alignment with the clinical outsourcing model, current clinical trial regulations, SOPs, policies, and best practices — all while upholding the client’s values and behaviours.
- You will also contribute to continuous improvement within Medical Evidence by:
- Developing expertise in a specific area of study delivery
- Acting as a point of contact for best practice
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of guidance documents and training materials
Your Profile
- You bring strong project and clinical trial management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and support the development of your team.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in medical or biological sciences) or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in a senior clinical trial management role
- Solid understanding of clinical study and drug development processes, including GCP/ICH guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven collaboration and influencing abilities
- Team-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to respond quickly to shifting demands
- Proactive in identifying risks and proposing mitigations
- Strong project management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to set and manage workload priorities, resources, performance targets, and project initiatives
- Ability to identify and champion more efficient and effective methods/processes while operating within required policies and regulations
- Experience working effectively with CROs and external providers
- Proven ability to collaborate across regions, functions, and cultures
- Skilled at managing competing priorities
