As a Quality Assurance Specialist at ICON, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in our drug development processes.
What You Will Do:
- Quality Assessments: Conduct thorough quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enhance quality processes and procedures, driving continuous improvement.
- Incident Management: Drive investigations into quality incidents, deviations, and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Training and Guidance: Provide guidance and training to team members on quality assurance policies and practices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring the adaptation of quality systems accordingly.
Your Profile:
You will have a strong foundation in quality assurance and compliance, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Quality Management, or related discipline).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant quality standards, regulations, and guidelines.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to take responsibilities and drive quality initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
