As a Manager, Investigator Payments, you will lead and oversee the end-to-end financial processes supporting the Accellacare site network. This includes managing sponsor billing through Accellacare’s CTMS system and ensuring the accurate, timely and compliant execution of investigator payments across clinical trials.
A key focus of this role is driving process improvement and optimisation across the billing and payments lifecycle. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, implementing scalable solutions and enhancing operational workflows to improve accuracy, turnaround times and overall service delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Leading the end-to-end investigator payments and sponsor billing processes
- Managing billing activities through Accellacare’s CTMS system, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Driving process improvement initiatives across financial operations
- Identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable and sustainable solutions
- Enhancing workflows to improve quality, turnaround times and service delivery
- Strengthening financial controls and reducing payment cycle times
- Supporting automation and system enhancements where possible
- Coordinating and managing the activities of the Accellacare Financial Operations group
- Ensuring all timelines, targets and quality standards are consistently met
- Driving performance, accountability and continuous improvement within the team
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in investigator payments or financial operations within clinical trials, ideally within a Site Network
- Strong experience managing financial processes with a focus on accuracy, compliance and optimisation
- Solid experience in pricing and investigator payments within clinical trials
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end financial lifecycle within a site network environment, from sponsor billing through to investigator payments
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, develop and motivate teams
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
