As an Executive Management Assistant at ICON, you will provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive, working within a global leadership role ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Contribute to executive support and administration activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executive review.
  • Make travel arrangements and accommodations for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant executive support and administration experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and AI-enabled tools, leveraging technology effectively to support executive-level priorities.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and work independently with minimal supervision.
