Location - Must be within a commutable distance to London (1 day office presence required)

As a Contract Analyst I at ICON, you will prepare, verify, and carry out invoicing via electronic processing and reporting activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts.

What You Will Do:

  • Contribute to contract management activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.
  • Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • Balance and maintain client relationships.
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Keep abreast of contract progression concerning invoicing units.
  • Interact closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies on assigned clients.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must have site level contracts and Interactive costing tool experience.
  • Prior experience working in a contract related role within a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Academia environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%).
