IRD Recruitment is currently hiring several experienced Reach Truck Drivers to support a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity based in Northampton (NN7). This role offers stable weekday hours, a supportive working environment, and a pay increase after 12 weeks. Role Overview * Job Title: Reach Truck Driver * Location: Northampton, NN7 * Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday * Working Hours: 07:00 AM – 16:00 PM / 06:30 AM – 15:30 PM * Pay Rate: * £13.84 per hour Key Responsibilities * Safely operating a Reach Truck within a warehouse setting * Loading, unloading, and relocating stock to appropriate locations * Supporting general warehouse operations when needed * Ensuring all procedures are followed to maintain safety and stock accuracy * Maintaining a clean and organised working environment ✅ Candidate Profile * Valid Reach Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR recognised) * Previous warehouse experience required * Strong focus on safety and attention to detail * Dependable, punctual, and a good team player * Must be available for full-time, weekday hours How to Apply Ready to take the next step?
