IRD Recruitment is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Nether Heyford, Northampton. This is a physically demanding, heavy-lifting role, primarily involving loading delivery vans with heavy and bulky goods as part of a warehouse team. What We're Looking For * Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred * Must be comfortable with regular heavy lifting * Physically capable of carrying out demanding manual work * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Experience loading vans or handling bulky goods beneficial * Strong health and safety awareness * Reliable, punctual and hardworking * Positive attitude and good communication skills Job Details * Sunday to Thursday * Shift: 21:00 – 06:00 * Breaks are unpaid * Immediate start * Long-term, ongoing work Pay & Benefits * £15.25 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) * Weekly pay * Pension scheme * Employee discounts * Cash Health Plan * Day off for your birthday Key Responsibilities * Loading delivery vans with heavy and bulky goods as part of a team * Regular heavy lifting, carrying and moving of products * Working alongside colleagues to ensure vans are loaded safely and efficiently * Organising and positioning goods securely inside delivery vehicles * Handling large and heavy items using safe manual-handling techniques and appropriate equipment * Ensuring all vehicles are loaded correctly and ready for dispatch * Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment * Following all site health and safety procedures Important – Please Read Before Applying THIS IS A HEAVY-LIFTING ROLE, NOT A LIGHT WAREHOUSE PICKING OR PACKING POSITION.
