We are recruiting a Returns Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Nether Heyford, Northamptonshire. This role is ideal for someone with solid warehouse experience who is physically fit, confident handling large items, and comfortable with a mix of hands-on work and admin.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing returns from delivery drivers at the end of their shift
- Logging and checking paperwork accurately
- Sorting returned items for re-delivery or return to manufacturers
- Handling large items, including white goods
- Supporting with general warehouse tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Valid FLT certificate (essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Excellent attention to detail with paperwork and stock
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
What’s on offer:
- £25,000 per Annum
- Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday overtime available (minimum 1 Saturday every 4 weeks)
- Weekly pay
