IRD Recruitment is seeking experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for our client in Nether Heyford, Northampton. This is a great opportunity for reliable drivers looking for long‑term, consistent work.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (IN‑HOUSE ACCEPTED)
- Warehouse or logistics experience
- Clamp attachment experience beneficial
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Positive attitude and good communication
Job Details
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays: minimum 2 in every 4 weeks
- Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Immediate start
- Long‑term, ongoing work
Pay & Benefits
- £14.57 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
