Luxury Watch Sales Assistant

Full-time Permanent Sales Consultant

Basic Salary: Up to £35,500pa, plus commission/bonus

To be considered for this role, a proven track record in luxury retail is a prerequisite. We strongly encourage individuals who enjoy cultivating relationships, are passionate about brand heritage and storytelling, and are enthusiastic about watch technicalities to apply for this role.

We actively recruit for multiple leading Luxury Swiss Watch brands (mono boutique and multiple brand retailers) within the luxury retail trade based in Bond Street, Sloane Street, Knightsbridge, Oxford Street, Regent Street, Covent Garden, Harrods, Selfridges, and Royal Exchange.

As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for the achievement of the sales objectives including active networking and building a strong client relationship through the highest level of luxury customer service, by creating an authentic, exquisite experience for all customers.

In addition to being a Sales Consultant for the company, you will play a vital role as being flexible, highly driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and to support as a team member in store.

  • A minimum two-year luxury retail experience, preferable with a client book
  • A strong selling skill with a proven result and background in sales
  • Ability to carry out a flawless selling ceremony which adheres to the Brand’s direction combined with your very own unique professional approach
  • Ability to strengthen brand loyalty by personalising client follow-up
