About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers offering luxury service immediately.
  • Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Assist and develop client relationships with customers in browsing and selecting jewellery pieces.
  • Consult High Net Worth (HNW) clients and handle challenges.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, gemstones, and care instructions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell jewellery and related accessories.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with HNW clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions.

About the Candidate:

  • A minimum of two years of luxury retail experience, Fine Jewellery experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented approach.
  • Passion for jewellery storytelling and a keen eye for style.
  • Organised and detail oriented.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
