Key Responsibilities- Manage PPC campaigns and oversee performance optimisation
- Plan and manage annual advertising schedules and budgets
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of photoshoots, both in-store and on location
- Create and manage engaging social media content, particularly for luxury watch audiences
- Track campaign performance, analyse ROI, and deliver regular reporting
- Develop presentation decks and marketing materials for CRM and PR communications
- Brief and collaborate with external creatives and content partners
- Ensure consistency across all marketing activity and in-store experiences
- Coordinate local out-of-home marketing opportunities and partnerships
- Manage website SEO, including metadata optimisation and content updates
- Monitor and improve website conversion performance
- Report on website traffic and customer engagement, implementing improvements where needed
- Produce written content directly or coordinate content creation with the wider team
