A highly respected, family-run luxury retail business based in the South East of England is seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to help shape and elevate its brand presence. Renowned for craftsmanship, heritage, and excellence in customer experience, the business specialises in fine jewellery, luxury watches, and bespoke services, supported by an onsite workshop of expert craftspeople and restoration specialists.

You will play a central role in shaping the company’s marketing activity across digital, editorial, and in-store channels, working closely with senior leadership to deliver campaigns and initiatives with immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage PPC campaigns and oversee performance optimisation
  • Plan and manage annual advertising schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of photoshoots, both in-store and on location
  • Create and manage engaging social media content, particularly for luxury watch audiences
  • Track campaign performance, analyse ROI, and deliver regular reporting
  • Develop presentation decks and marketing materials for CRM and PR communications
  • Brief and collaborate with external creatives and content partners
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing activity and in-store experiences
  • Coordinate local out-of-home marketing opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage website SEO, including metadata optimisation and content updates
  • Monitor and improve website conversion performance
  • Report on website traffic and customer engagement, implementing improvements where needed
  • Produce written content directly or coordinate content creation with the wider team
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and adapt strategy using data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with external luxury and retail brand partners on joint marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer sectors
  • A proactive and energetic approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Strong storytelling instincts and an appreciation for premium brand aesthetics
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong digital and visual content skills, including proficiency in Canva and social media content creation
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and business owners
  • Commercial awareness combined with creativity and attention to detail
