IRD Consultancy is partnering with several globally renowned Swiss luxury watch brands within leading international luxury conglomerates to attract top talent for multiple roles across prestigious Central London boutiques. Under our expert guidance, we will support you throughout the recruitment process to help you join these world-class iconic brands celebrated for craftsmanship, heritage, and exceptional white-glove service.
Roles:
- Sales Associates (Bond St, Selfridges, Westfield White City, Covent Garden)
- Supervisor (Bond St or Selfridges)
- Assistant Managers (Covent Garden)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches or fine jewellery (experience across both categories is a plus), and/or currently operating in a leadership role within a premium environment.
- Strong consultative selling approach, already highly familiar with advanced clienteling practices, and able to bring storytelling-driven, heritage-led luxury brands to life for discerning clients.
- Passion for craftsmanship, precision, and design — enthusiasm for watchmaking is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously while thriving within a collaborative team environment.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages highly beneficial.
- Strong leadership & delegation skills, able to inspire and motivate.
- Skilled in event coordination, CRM, VM, and sales-driving initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with creativity to propose and implement new concepts to enhance results and elevate store positioning.
Salary guidance:
- Sales Consultant: up to £40,000, with attractive sales commission.
- Supervisor: up to £44,000, with attractive sales commission and bonus.
