IRD Consultancy is partnering with an established fine jewellery house to recruit an exceptional Store Manager for a standalone fine jewellery boutique in the heart of Mayfair. This role is suited to a commercially driven leader who understands the nuances of fine jewellery retail and thrives on building a highly engaged local and international client base.
As Store Manager, you will be the face of the boutique, responsible for more than just daily operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, driving footfall through local networking and creating a "home-away-from-home" atmosphere for our discerning clientele. You will be expected to treat the boutique as your own business, identifying opportunities for growth and executing creative strategies to elevate the brand's presence in London’s most prestigious shopping district.
Key Responsibilities- Business Growth & Footfall: Proactively drive boutique traffic and private appointments through local outreach, networking, and strategic community engagement.
- Commercial Excellence: Demonstrate a proven track record of uplifting business performance, meeting KPIs, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Event & Collaboration Strategy: Design and execute meaningful local collaborations and in-store events that resonate with the Mayfair community and attract high-net-worth individuals.
- CRM & Clienteling: Master the use of CRM tools to develop sophisticated clienteling strategies, ensuring a high rate of client retention and increasing lifetime value.
- Team Leadership & Training: Coach and mentor a high-performing team, specifically focusing on the art of the "follow-up" to convert inquiries into long-term sales and loyal relationships.
- Local Networking: Build and maintain solid relationships within the Mayfair luxury ecosystem (hotels, private clubs, and local businesses) to create a robust referral network.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a standalone luxury boutique. A background in fine jewellery is highly preferred.
- Results-oriented and possess a sharp eye for identifying new business opportunities and "pockets of growth."
- Have a natural ability to build relationships and a proven history of organising successful brand events and collaborations.
