IRD Consultancy is recruiting a Grand Vendeurs for a globally renowned fine Jewellery brand, based in Harrods. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the embodiment of the brand’s excellence. You will excel in clienteling, forging deep and lasting relationships with VIP clients. Your track record of achieving results in a dynamic, global setting will be crucial, as you deftly manage multiple priorities with precision and organisation.
Collaborating closely with the retail teams, you will spearhead initiatives to attract new clients and enhance the loyalty of existing ones. Main Responsibilities
- Nurture client relationships both in-store and externally, following client database activities and marketing guidelines.
