In this exciting role, you\’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers. You\’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, using your product knowledge and expertise to guide customers towards the perfect jewellery piece. You\’ll also be responsible for achieving sales goals and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Assist and develop client relationships with customers in browsing and selecting jewellery pieces.
Ability to serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients and handle challenges.
Provide accurate and detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, gemstones, and care instructions.
Upsell and cross‐sell jewellery and related accessories.
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
