What roles we are looking for –

  • Arabic speaking Client Advisor (Luxury Swiss Watch) – Selfridges

We are seeking passionate advisors who thrive on helping clients find the perfect piece, building lasting relationships, and serving as trusted lifestyle advisors.

About the Role

This role will suit somebody with the following experience and abilities:

  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record.
  • Ability to conduct flawless selling ceremonies in alignment with the brand’s standards, combined with your unique professional approach.
  • Skill in personalising client follow-ups to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in serving VIP clients and managing challenging situations.
  • Adherence to in-house security procedures.
  • Fluent in additional languages is a plus.
