Our Central London boutique is a haven for elegance and tailored style, offering an exclusive setting for clients to explore the very best of international and British luxury fashion. We are now seeking a stylist who not only knows fashion — but understands people.

The Role

As a Luxury Fashion Stylist, you’ll work in a hybrid capacity — splitting your time between our beautifully designed central London boutique and remote client engagement. This role is focused on relationship-building, curation, and service, not sales targets for their own sake. You will:

• Provide tailored styling consultations for loyal and new clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients, both in person and remotely.
• Create seasonal style edits, lookbooks, and personalised wardrobe suggestions.
• Coordinate private appointments, events, and luxury experiences in-store and off-site.
• Work collaboratively with the boutique team to deliver seamless, white-glove service.
• Use CRM tools to track preferences, key dates, and long-term buying behaviour.

What We\’re Looking For

• A confident, polished stylist with previous experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, or styling.
• Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to read clients and tailor experiences accordingly.
• Commercially astute and trend-aware, yet focused on timeless elegance over fast fashion.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously — both from home and in the boutique.
• Familiarity with digital tools, including video consultations and CRM platforms.
• A little black book of loyal clients is a bonus — but a passion for earning trust is essential.
