IRD Consultancy is partnering with an established fine jewellery house to recruit an exceptional Store Manager for a standalone fine jewellery boutique in the heart of Mayfair. This role is suited to a commercially driven leader who understands the nuances of fine jewellery retail and thrives on building a highly engaged local and international client base.
As Store Manager, you will be the face of the boutique, responsible for more than just daily operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, driving footfall through local networking and creating a "home-away-from-home" atmosphere for our discerning clientele. You will be expected to treat the boutique as your own business, identifying opportunities for growth and executing creative strategies to elevate the brand's presence in London's most prestigious shopping district.
