Deputy Boutique Manager Summary: This role supports the Boutique Manager in all aspects of boutique operations, driving profitability through team development, exceptional customer experience, and robust client relationship management. The Deputy Manager is key to upholding the boutique\’s reputation by exceeding client expectations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Boutique Performance Achieve monthly and yearly boutique turnover and key performance indicators (KPIs). Meet personal sales targets. Set goals for sales associates and provide daily motivation. Conduct monthly performance reviews when the Boutique Manager is absent. Support the Boutique Manager with all managerial and operational tasks. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the office team. Identify and create sales opportunities both within and outside the boutique. Client Relationship Management (CRM) Ensure the team meets all CRM KPIs. Lead by example in all CRM behaviors and disciplines. Operations Conduct monthly stocktakes, ensuring accuracy and minimal discrepancies. Ensure all stock is in saleable condition. Contribute to stock management, review levels, and communicate product needs. Training & Development Conduct briefings to ensure consistent communication and information flow. Assist in creating, following up on, and providing feedback for training rotas. Customer Service & Aftersales Strive to achieve a 25% conversion rate from service interactions to sales. Proactively manage complaints through established processes. Service Excellence Assist in ensuring the Selling Ceremony is consistently delivered. Represent the Brand both inside and outside the boutique. Aim for 100% Mystery Shopping results for the boutique team. Ensure impeccable grooming standards are maintained. Uphold and deliver company customer service standards. Handle customer service requests and related processes.
