We are currently supporting a highly prestigious Swiss watch Maison, globally recognised for its craftsmanship and legacy, in the search for an Assistant Manager for their London boutique.
About the Role:
As Assistant Manager, you will lead and motivate a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Collaborating closely with the Store Director, you will drive the team to achieve store KPI targets, foster individual and collective skill development, and uphold the brand\’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Standards: Setting and upholding uncompromising standards of excellence across all aspects of the boutique.
- Brand Representation: Embodies the values of a world-renowned luxury Maison, demonstrating discretion, professionalism and impeccable personal presentation at all times.
