KeyResponsibilities
- Activelyengagewithcustomers,understandingtheirneedsandpreferences.
- Assistanddevelopclientrelationshipswithcustomersinbrowsingandselectingjewellerypieces.
- AbilitytoserveHighNetWorth(HNW)clientsandhandlechallenges.
- Provideaccurateanddetailedinformationaboutjewelleryproducts,includingmaterials,gemstones,andcareinstructions.
- Upsellandcross-selljewelleryandrelatedaccessories.
- Processsalestransactionsefficientlyandaccurately.
- BuildandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithHNWclients.
- Achieveindividualandteamsalesgoals.
- Participateinin-storeeventsandpromotions.
