KeyResponsibilities

• Activelyengagewithcustomers,understandingtheirneedsandpreferences.
• Assistanddevelopclientrelationshipswithcustomersinbrowsingandselectingjewellerypieces.
• AbilitytoserveHighNetWorth(HNW)clientsandhandlechallenges.
• Provideaccurateanddetailedinformationaboutjewelleryproducts,includingmaterials,gemstones,andcareinstructions.
• Upsellandcross-selljewelleryandrelatedaccessories.
• Processsalestransactionsefficientlyandaccurately.
• BuildandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithHNWclients.
• Achieveindividualandteamsalesgoals.
• Participateinin-storeeventsandpromotions.

• Aminimumoftwoyearsofluxuryretailexperience,preferablywithFineJewelleryexperience.
• Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
