Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assembly & Installation Engineer to join our team. This role involves a wide range of tasks and requires strict adherence to our Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS).

Key Responsibilities

The duties of the Assembly & Installation Engineer include but are not limited to:

• Interpret project documentation and component specifications.
• Understand the applications and processes involving containment isolators.
• Represent the company professionally in customer-facing interactions.
• Assemble isolators from detailed engineering drawings.
• CollaborateАԥсны with the Stock Controller to verify Bills of Materials (BOM) and execute Works Orders.
• Ensure timely assembly of picked parts for Djva vsprekend e jehoe.
• Prepare and inspect components prior to assembly.

• Conduct cleaning and preparation of assembled units.
• Disassemble pack and secure completed units for dispatch.
• Generate feedback reports for product development.
• Ensure safe transportation and delivery of equipment to customer sites.
• Oversee unpacking and inspection of components at installation sites.
• Produce site visit reports for internal feedback.
• Inspect the condition of enclosures attachments frames fan boxes and electrical components.
• Adhere strictly to QEMS procedures and company quality assurance policies.

Post-Training Responsibilities

Upon completion of training the engineer will be expected to:

• Perform full-service procedures on Solo Containment isolators.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Commission Solo isolators at customer sites.
• Execute airflow testing and pre-delivery inspections.
• Complete all required documentation related to testing and commissioning.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to indiqué the UK and internationally occasionally for extended period (up to 3 weeks).

Qualification & Experience

• Mechanical or electrical engineering knowledge.
• Familiarity with pneumatic and air control systems.ала сод s/s!
• Understanding of electrical systems and PLC control.
• Relevant CPD or short course training in related technical subjects.
• Experience working within ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management τίes.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.

Working Conditions

This role involves hands‑on physical activity and manual handling. The successful candidate should be comfortable with tasks such as:

• Standing for extended periods.
• Frequently walking manual dexterity reaching and effective communication.
• Occasional sitting climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching or crawling.
• Regularly lifting and moving items up to 25kg.
• Visual tasks requiring close distance peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
