IRCFS is delighted to be representing a highly respected boutique Wealth Management firm that specialises in advising Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an exceptional Chartered Financial Planner / Chartered Paraplanner to join its experienced advisory team. This is a rare opportunity that combines the technical depth of Chartered Paraplanning with the relationship management and strategic planning responsibilities of a Chartered Financial Planner.

Working directly alongside one of the firm's Founding Partners, you will become an integral part of the advisory team, supporting an established portfolio of sophisticated UHNW clients while contributing to the delivery of bespoke financial planning solutions.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional paraplanning position. The successful candidate will work in a dual-capacity role, combining advanced technical expertise with meaningful client engagement, supporting complex financial planning strategies and helping to maintain long-term trusted client relationships. The role offers exposure to a wide range of sophisticated planning scenarios within a collaborative boutique environment where quality of advice and client service are prioritised over volume.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of holistic financial planning advice for Ultra High Net Worth clients.
  • Prepare complex technical research, financial planning analysis and suitability reports.
  • Work closely with a Founding Partner to develop bespoke client strategies.
  • Attend client meetings and contribute to ongoing relationship management.
  • Liaise with providers and professional connections to ensure the effective implementation of advice.
  • Maintain the highest standards of technical accuracy, compliance and client service.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the business.

Candidate Profile

  • Chartered Financial Planner and/or Chartered Paraplanner status.
  • Significant experience within an Independent Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment.
  • Proven experience supporting High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.
  • Advanced technical knowledge across pensions, investments, taxation, estate planning and wealth preservation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to build long-term client relationships.
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
