- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
- Process new business applications across pensions, investments, protection, and savings products.
- Prepare client documentation, reports, illustrations, and meeting packs.
- Assist with annual reviews, valuations, and client servicing requirements.
Previous experience within a Wealth Management, Financial Planning, IFA, or Financial Services administration role is required. Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes is essential.
Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel is expected.
