The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Global Lead for Women's Protection and Empowerment (WPE) Systems Transformation. You will drive transformation of WPE practice, oversee technical standards, and lead fundraising and partnerships to secure durable financing for WPE services.
You will report to senior management within VPRU, manage a global team, and collaborate across IRC sectors to advance feminist, survivor-centered protection work and sustainable program delivery.
