The Role

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Brand Managers across a wide range of initiatives, including campaigns, product launches, and digital and omnichannel activities. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to help deliver brand strategies, drive performance, and ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across all channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the monthly brand report, providing concise executive summaries to highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and new market entrants.
  • Manage PFME enteral budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and control.
  • Deliver and manage brand tactics, including Compendium content, websites, newsletters, apps, and brand e‑shots.
  • Support brand and digital teams with omnichannel content development, including podcasts and webinars.
  • Monitor market movements, trends, and opportunities, proactively sharing insights to inform long‑term planning.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of the digital strategy, taking ownership of marketing assets, promotional campaigns, and social media activity.
  • Support integrated commercial planning and delivery.
  • Assist the Senior Brand Manager and Head of Marketing with preparation for quarterly business reviews.
  • Support Brand Managers in guiding and enabling the sales force team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering against KPIs.
  • Degree‑level education or equivalent (a science degree would be advantageous).
  • Proven marketing experience, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong financial acumen and confidence managing budgets.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to marketing.
  • Experience supporting the development of brand plans for established brands.
  • A broad commercial outlook with a solid understanding of key business levers.
  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong influencing, persuasion, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously.
