As a wound care Territory Manager, you will take ownership of a defined geography, driving growth across an on formulary advanced wound care portfolio. You will be a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, combining clinical credibility with commercial insight to influence positive change across your accounts.
You will work within a supportive local matrix team, using data, insight and modern selling techniques to unlock opportunities and deliver sustainable success. This is a role with autonomy, visibility and purpose, well suited to someone looking to build a long-term career in healthcare sales.
- Owning and delivering a clear territory strategy through robust business and account planning
- Growing existing advanced wound care accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across community, primary and secondary care
- Achieving sales, market share targets and agreed performance KPIs
- Using CRM and available data tools to prioritise accounts and track performance effectively
- Providing high quality education through customer meetings, study days and exhibitions
Demonstrable healthcare sales experience is required. Experience in wound care or medical devices is desirable but not essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable territory plans are necessary. Clear, engaging communication and presentation skills across face to face and virtual channels are important. Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools is expected.
A degree level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
