The Project Manager will work alongside the Supply Chain and Franchise Leadership Team to drive alignment, prioritisation, and delivery of the Skyline objectives to ensure flawless execution of this project. The Project Manager manages the project scope, timelines, budget, interdependencies, and risks, as well as having a complete view of all the projects & work streams within the Franchise. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Director. We are looking for candidates who have experience in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, with a preference for those who have had management experience, as you will also be managing a team of clinical logistics specialists. Key areas of responsibility: Manage the flawless execution of the accelerated product rationalization across Joint and Trauma under the Skyline Umbrella within the given timescale. Drive alignment with the commercial team to ensure:Account readiness to accept the new productsEnsure all surgeons are trained before deploymentGain alignment and timing of product returnsManage any owned stock positions Align deployment plans in conjunction with Product Managers and Supply Chain. Align and drive execution of returns on time. Report back locally and regionally on execution timelines and progress. Manage the Skyline budget in terms of headcount, Capex, instrument, and E&O relief. Define the work schedule for deployments and returns for any infield resources. Experience and Skills: Proven track record in a leadership position. Project Management - demonstrated ability to set business, technical and/or organisational direction, strategic alignment, coordination, and focus. A Can-Do - Growth Mindset. Ability to gain deep customer & commercial understanding of functions and partnering with them. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment & prioritise multiple projects. Ability to target communications as appropriate across hierarchies/functions and make presentations to diverse audiences. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to efficiently work with and empower partners and colleagues to give ideas, find opportunities, and contribute to positive outcomes. Ability to work autonomously and manage scenarios with ambiguity – providing clarity of direction and purpose when not evident.
