The Strategic Project & Transformation Project Manager – NCIM is accountable for the end-to-end planning, governance, and operational delivery of a global site payment tool (NCIM). The role ensures effective orchestration of GCO cross-functional inputs across Clinical, Finance, and IT, enabling standardized, compliant, and transparent clinical site invoice management globally.

Supports the Strategic Project & Transformation Head by owning assigned global transformation initiatives within SSO. Reviews, manages, proactively challenges, and controls project status, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

Key Accountabilities
  • Own end-to-end project management for NCIM implementation activities.
  • Lead global orchestration of SSO and cross-functional inputs across project phases.
  • Drive NCIM as a strategic transformation initiative supporting standardization and digitization.
  • Manage multi-country phased rollouts with parallel BAU operations.
  • Apply proactive risk management and issue resolution strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with IT, Clinical, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Drive change management, training readiness, and user adoption strategies.
  • Establish and maintain governance, reporting, and executive updates.
  • Support continuous improvement and system enhancements.
  • Act as a strategic partner to SSO leadership.

Qualifications
  • Advanced degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience.
  • Strong project management experience within healthcare or life sciences environments.
  • Solid understanding of clinical development data ecosystems, including tools such as EDC and CTMS.
  • Experience with site payments highly desirable.
