Responsibilities

  • Operational excellence: Leads the efforts across the dedicated consumer health businesses to improve efficiency through process improvement and embedding technology. Works in partnership with CH Leadership and the MTCH delivery organization.
  • Commercial operations: Leads the newly created global CH commercial operations function. Responsible for building a world class, metrics driven operation that supports and drives the performance of both the global and local CH sales engine.
  • M&A: Working with the CH LT, identifies, engages and runs the commercial due diligence for CH acquisition targets.
  • Portfolio expansion/strategy: Examining the commercial attractiveness and feasibility of expanding local country CH offerings across geographies.
  • Program management of key Consumer Health programs: Supporting coordination of the global, hybrid based Consumer businesses. Lead market research analysis activities that provide information in support of the business needs analysis process and strategic account management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Other Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Life sciences
  • 10+ years experience in Consumer Health, Lifesciences or related industry
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Good matrix team leadership skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.
  • Strong financial analysis skills; preferably thorough understanding of company margins, pricing strategies, and profitability measures.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
