We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Programmer (Python) to join our FSP Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and validate clinical data programs and applications.
- Ensure compliance with CDISC SDTM standards for clinical data.
- Utilize visualization tools such as Sport fire or other similar tools to create insightful data visualizations.
- Write and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical data needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior programmers.
- Participate in the development and implementation of data management plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in clinical data programming and Data Visualization.
- Strong experience with Python programming (PySpark, Databricks, pandas, Numpy) is mandatory for this role.
- Good SDTM Knowledge.
- Strong SAS/R Programming and SQL expertise.
- Proficiency in CDISC SDTM standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
