IQVIA is seeking a Heart Failure Specialist Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber to support an ATTR-CM Amyloidosis Programme, delivered with the National Amyloidosis Centre at the Royal Free Hospital.

This role is remote with 1 day per week onsite in London, reflecting a hybrid pattern.

You will conduct structured virtual clinics, review treatment response, optimise guideline-directed medical therapy and educate patients, carers and clinical colleagues in a multidisciplinary setting.
