What you\’ll step into:

Lead, coach and inspire a field‐based sales team to exceed performance targets

Take ownership of key accounts and build senior‐level customer relationships

Shape and implement regional sales strategies and support local business planning

Allocate resources to maximise commercial impact and ROI

Collaborate cross‐functionally with marketing and account teams to deliver campaigns

Analyse performance data and share insights to drive continuous improvement

What you\’ll bring:

Proven success in pharmaceutical or medical sales, ideally within dermatology

A natural leader with strong coaching skills and a passion for team development

Commercially astute with advanced account management capabilities

Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google platforms

Degree‐qualified in a relevant field (medical, science, pharmaceutical)

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the North
