Regional Business Manager
Are you looking to join a rapidly growing business, specialising in innovative medicines? Are you an experienced pharma sales manager with proven excellence working in highly matrixed environments?
You will be managing a team of experienced specialist Key Account Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity in a highly visible role which you can really make your own. You will take the lead on supporting and implementing the sales plan and strategy for the brand, developing your KAM team capabilities, and ensuring sales targets and market share are achieved through optimal brand promotion.
As a Regional Business Manager, you will be working with critical stakeholders from across the business so you will need to be able to think strategically, prioritise effectively and demonstrate a strong commercial mindset. You will support, develop, and motivate through operational leadership of your business region and team of KAMs.
You will:
- Have a proven success of managing a sales team within the UK pharmaceutical industry, as an RBM or NSM
- Show previous P&L management experience and excellent business acumen including budget management and forecasting
- Have stellar project management experience working on multiple cross-functional projects and activities
- Have a valid drivers’ licence
- Be degree educated, ideally in a science discipline
