The Translations Quality Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Head of Quality and Compliance to support quality/compliance activities and reporting. They will work across the IQVIA Language Solutions teams to ensure compliance to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for reporting including quality and on-time delivery metrics
- Undertaking general administration tasks
- Reviewing and maintaining SOPs
- Assisting with audits, both customer and ISO
- Ensuring efficient execution of quality assurance initiatives
- Monitoring CAPA progression and ensuring timely completion
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to follow instructions/guidelines, work independently and on own initiative
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Minimum Required Education And Experience
- A university degree or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Preferable minimum of two to three years’ experience within the translation industry
Physical Requirements
- Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
- Extensive use of telephone and written communication requiring accurate perception of speech
- Regular sitting for extended periods of time
