Overview
Job Purpose – The Strategic Project & Transformation Project Manager – NCIM is accountable for the end-to-end planning, governance, and operational delivery of a global site payment tool (NCIM). The role ensures effective orchestration of GCO cross-functional inputs across Clinical, Finance, and IT, enabling standardized, compliant, and transparent clinical site invoice management globally.
Role Description – Supports the Strategic Project & Transformation Head by owning assigned global transformation initiatives within SSO. Reviews, manages, proactively challenges, and controls project status, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
Key Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end project management for NCIM implementation activities.
- Lead global orchestration of SSO and cross-functional inputs across project phases.
- Drive NCIM as a strategic transformation initiative supporting standardization and digitization.
- Manage multi-country phased rollouts with parallel BAU operations.
- Apply proactive risk management and issue resolution strategies.
- Coordinate closely with IT, Clinical, and Finance stakeholders.
- Drive change management, training readiness, and user adoption strategies.
- Establish and maintain governance, reporting, and executive updates.
- Support continuous improvement and system enhancements.
- Act as a strategic partner to SSO leadership.

- Solid understanding of clinical development data ecosystems, including tools such as EDC and CTMS.
- Experience with site payments highly desirable.
