About the role IQVIA is seeking a clinical project manager to join our specialized Real World Evidence (RWE) Functional Service Provider (FSP) team. This position involves working entirely within a leading pharmaceutical organization, focusing on the comprehensive management of real-world observational studies in the oncology field. The ideal candidate will have a background in observational research, including both primary and secondary data collection methodologies.

What you'll do
- Manage the entire lifecycle of real-world observational studies, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and implement study protocols, data collection strategies, and analysis plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical project management, particularly in observational research.
- Proven track record in managing oncology-related studies and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Strong skills in project planning, execution, and monitoring, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management software.
