What You'll Do

  • As a senior operational leader, you will drive the evolution of our RRC services by helping expand capabilities, enhance operational effectiveness, and strengthen quality across global clinical research programs.
  • Partner with sponsors, business development, delivery, and functional leaders to support strategic growth initiatives and client engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.
  • Lead operational transformation initiatives, including technology adoption and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance clinical trial delivery.
  • Support the development and expansion of new services and operational capabilities.

  • Significant experience within clinical research, decentralized clinical trials, clinical operations, patient services, or healthcare operations.
  • Experience supporting global clinical programs and working within complex matrix organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, operational transformation, or business growth programs.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience leveraging technology and digital solutions to improve operational performance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
