Kickstart Your Career in Clinical Research with IQVIA! Are you passionate about clinical research and eager to start your journey? As a clinical intern with our site management (multi‑sponsor) team, you will assist clinical trials whilst receiving comprehensive training through our development program. We are offering a full time and paid trainee role on a 9‑month fixed term contract, with the potential to become permanent upon completion.
Job Overview
- Assist with accurately updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems (e.g., Trial Master File (TMF)) that track site compliance and performance within project timelines.
- Assist the clinical team with the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with periodic review of study files for completeness.
- Assist the Country Site Activation team with preparation, handling and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and maintenance of tracking information.
- Complete CSA training program and develop knowledge of clinical research, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and appropriate therapeutic area and protocols.
- Accompany CSAs on site visits to assist with clinical monitoring duties upon completion of required training.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
- Passion for clinical research and ambition to grow into a CRA role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
