Overview
In this role, you will lead the growth, quality, and client relationships for key accounts, guiding a team of Account Handlers to deliver outstanding medical communications. You will drive revenue, profitability, and forecast accuracy while shaping account growth plans and cross-sell opportunities. You’ll partner with business development and multiple IQVIA functions to extend services and manage strategic pricing. You will cultivate senior-level client partnerships, protect study budgets, and champion process improvements to ensure exceptional delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Drive account growth, revenue, and profitability targets with accurate forecasting
- Design and implement Account Growth Plans for allocated accounts
- Collaborate with Business Development to integrate growth objectives into broader IQVIA plans
- Oversee cross-sell opportunities and expand client relationships across study phases
- Ensure accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, and project close-out
- Support strategic pricing initiatives and include IMC services in pricing tools
- Build and maintain senior client relationships, including procurement, to identify new opportunities
- Lead pitch/bid development and oversee win/loss outcomes
- Maintain deep knowledge of therapeutic landscapes relevant to accounts
- Champion quality programs and process improvements to deliver excellence
- Map stakeholders and act as IMC subject matter expert internally
- Line manage and develop Account Management team and plan for resource needs
