Project & Operations Coordinator
Location: Chesterfield, UK
Office based role

Our clients include local and national NHS organisations, private healthcare providers, voluntary organisations, social care organisations, and other public sector clients.
Quality Health designs and delivers innovative, technology-enabled data collection mechanisms to gather insights from patients, service users, staff, and stakeholders.
This role will support the development and implementation of projects, monitor the lifecycle of business-as-usual projects, and assist the project and operations manager with assigned project activities.
Essential Functions
- Establish and improve processes related to project support.
- Maintain project documentation files and records.
- Create and coordinate information and communications for projects.
- Update internal databases, tracking systems, and project plans.
- Design and develop programme materials, obtaining necessary approvals.
- Prepare presentation materials and project summaries.
- Coordinate meetings, plan logistics, and ensure arrangements are handled appropriately.
- Record minutes, notes, and actions; distribute and follow up.
- Create and monitor project timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support processes.
- Serve as backup contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in project management activities as directed.
- Maintain project library, filing, and reporting systems.
- Define and document procedures per methodology.
- Maintain risk, issue logs, and change control records.
