We are looking for a Dysphagia Product Trainer to join our team delivering hands‑on training on delivering support products and equipment.
About the Role
- Plan and deliver engaging dysphagia training sessions across care homes and healthcare institutions within your territory.
- Gain agreement for prescription conversion to our dysphagia products and address any barriers in the prescribing process.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and influence positive change.
- Provide accurate reporting and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- You will be accountable for achieving key performance indicators, including delivering a minimum of two care home training sessions per day and meeting sales and conversion targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of dysphagia products and the NHS environment (acute and community settings).
- Understanding of compliance requirements including Competition Law and the Bribery Act.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and track performance.
- Experience in healthcare, clinical education, or sales is desirable, but we value adaptability, learning agility, and a proactive approach just as much.
