Overview
Phlebotomists required to cover Bristol/Bath and surrounding areas.
Are you an experienced Phlebotomist (or a Healthcare Assistant or Nurse with phlebotomy skills) with 1+ years of experience in collecting and processing venous blood samples?
Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled visits and successfully collect and transport blood samples for testing.
- Be the face of IQVIA (and our client) with professional conduct in dress, conversation, privacy, and safety.
- Work outside of hospital settings and possibly visit more than one site per session; have reliable transport and a mobile phone.
Qualifications
- Phlebotomist, Health Care Assistant or Nurse with up-to-date phlebotomy skills
- Intermediate computer skills required (comfortable with basic software programs)
- Must have own reliable transport and a full UK driving license
- Own mobile phone and internet access required
- Ideally be on the DBS update service for an enhanced DBS but not essential
- Based within a reasonable travel distance to the location specified in the job title
Benefits/Compensation
You will receive a generous hourly rate + mileage reimbursed at the prevailing HMRC rate. Parking costs also covered where necessary.
